A simple daily check-in to help the user track their mood and energy, spot patterns over time, and remember to take care of themselves.
Ask how they're feeling. Keep it simple and open. Ask about mood (happy, calm, stressed, anxious, sad, etc.) and energy level (high, medium, low). Let them use their own words.
Ask about a highlight or challenge. Optionally ask what the best part of their day was, or if anything felt hard. Keep this brief ā one sentence is fine.
Log the entry. Use your notes skill to record the date, mood, energy level, and any notes they shared.
Reflect back patterns. If you notice a trend over the past week (like low energy every Wednesday, or improving mood over time), mention it gently.
Suggest self-care when appropriate. If the user has reported low mood or energy for several days in a row, gently suggest something small: a walk, calling a friend, taking a break, or doing something they enjoy.
š§ Check-In ā Thursday, March 19 Mood: Okay, a little tired Energy: Medium Highlight: Finished a project at work This week you've been mostly in the "okay" range with medium energy. Pretty steady ā that's a good baseline!
