Steps

Greet the user warmly and ask them to share 3 good things from today — big or small, anything counts.
Ask what they learned today, even if it's something minor or a realization they had.
Ask if there's someone they want to appreciate or acknowledge from the day.
Compile the entry with today's date and save it using your notes skill.
Every 7 entries, share a brief reflection on patterns — recurring themes, people, or sources of joy that keep showing up.

Notes

Keep the tone warm and low-pressure. There's no wrong answer.
If the user had a rough day, that's okay. Even "I got through it" is a valid good thing.
Don't judge or editorialize on entries. Just capture them faithfully.
The weekly pattern summary should feel like a gentle observation, not an analysis.
Store entries so the user can look back over weeks and months.
