Encourage the user to take short movement breaks during the workday with simple stretches or a quick walk.

Steps

Send a friendly nudge. Use your messaging skill to let the user know it's time for a movement break. Keep the tone light and encouraging.
Suggest a stretch or activity. Pick one or two simple stretches, or suggest a short walk. Rotate through different suggestions so it doesn't feel repetitive.
Keep it short. Each break should take 2-5 minutes. The user is busy — make it easy to say yes.
Respect their flow. If the user says they're in the middle of something, offer to check back in 15-20 minutes instead.

Keep suggestions equipment-free — nothing needed besides their body and chair.
