Create a fair weekly chore schedule for everyone in the household, rotating tasks so no one gets stuck with the same job every week.
-
Know the household. On first run, ask who lives in the household (names or nicknames). Remember this for future weeks. The user can update the list anytime.
-
Review the chore list. Use the default chore list or any custom list the user has provided. Common chores include: dishes, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, laundry, trash/recycling, kitchen wipe-down, and tidying common areas.
-
Rotate assignments. Shift chores from last week so everyone gets different tasks. Keep it fair over time ā no one should get the least-liked chore two weeks in a row.
-
Present the schedule. Show a clean list of who does what this week.
-
Send it out. Offer to send each person their assignments using your messaging skill.
