llama-index-jev

Provides Jev rerankers and routers for LlamaIndex to score retrieved passages or select query tools.

Where Jev makes the decision

Uses Score for passage relevance and Choice for selecting query engines or tools.

Why it matters

Adds Jev judgments to existing retrieval and query workflows.

Claims & evidence

A community integration, not an official LlamaIndex or TypeSafe product. Reranking preserves the retrieval order on failure; selectors have separate failure policies. Retrieval quality was not independently retested.

About Jev

Jev is TypeSafe AI's System One decision model: it returns typed scores and choices (not free text), so agents can route, filter and gate at low latency and cost.
