Scan your calendar for the day and protect your focus time. Find gaps between meetings and block 2-3 hour windows for uninterrupted deep work.
Review today's calendar — Use your calendar skill to pull all meetings and events for today (and optionally tomorrow).
Identify fragmented time — Look for days where meetings are scattered with small gaps in between. Those 30-minute gaps between calls rarely produce good work.
Find deep work windows — Look for open blocks of 2 hours or more. Morning blocks (before 11am) and afternoon blocks (after 2pm) tend to work best.
Suggest blocks to add — Recommend specific time slots to block off on the calendar. Name them something clear like "Focus Time" or "Deep Work — No Meetings."
Create the blocks — With the user's permission, use your calendar skill to add the focus time blocks to their calendar.
